Abstract
Ovaj završni rad naziva ''Postupak toplinske obrade strojnog dijela OV.19-PT.03'' sastoji se od dvije glavne cjeline gdje prva čini teoretski dio, a druga praktični dio rada. U teoretskom dijelu rad se sastoji od uvoda u toplinsku obradu i pojašnjavanja najbitnijih procesa i načina toplinske obrade te obrađivanja bitnih pojmova u postupcima toplinske obrade, važnosti čelika i raznih mikrostruktura čelika. U praktičnom dijelu rad se bazira isključivo na odabiru postupaka toplinske obrade za zadani strojni dio izrađen od čelika 42CrMo4, a to su s obzirom na zahtjeve konstruktora i materijal strojnog dijela klasično poboljšavanje te zatim indukcijsko kaljenje.
Abstract (english)
This graduate work named ''Postupak toplinske obrade strojnog dijela OV.19-PT.03'' consists of two main parts where the first one covers the theoretical part and second one the practical part of the work. Theoretical part deals with the introduction to heat treatment and most important procedures and methods of heat treatment while also explaining the essential concepts like importance and many different microstructures of steel. Practical part of the work is based on choosing the best heat treatment for given machine part made of 42CrMo4 steel. With regard to requirements and material selected procedures are steel improving followed by induction hardening.
