In this final paper the assignment was process planning of the bearing flange according to the drawing 107.197.425, in an amount of 17000 pieces per year. The project od process planning for production begins with technological analysis from structural and technological point of view, where construction requirements and technology capabilities were defined. The following is a selection of input material, where it was necessary to carry out a techno-economic analysis to determine which form represents an optimal solution with respect to the required annual amount. In this step, it was established that forged steel will be used as input material. Next entry we define is a schedule of operations and workplace for each them. When it created the concept of the technological process went further in-depth development of every operation and movement. For each operation cutting data, used tools and machines are prescribed as well as determining the time of each operation. The following is the calculation of the productive and economic speed for one rough operation and one fine processing operation, where we confirmed that the previously prescribed speed is in the optimal area, between economic and productive. At the end technological documentation is made according to the results obtained during the design of the technological process of making.
