Abstract
Diplomski rad obuhvaća konstrukciju sustava upravljanja spojkom i sustava autonomnog kočenja bolida RRC6 Riteh Racing Teama-a koji se koristi na Formula Student natjecanjima. U početku je objašnjen princip transmisije vozila te koju ulogu u njemu ima sustav za promjenu prijenosnog omjera. Naglasak je na razvoju novog konstrukcijskog rješenja upravljanja spojkom gdje se to umjesto standardnog nožnog putem papučice, prebacuje na ručno upravljanje polugom na upravljaču. Upravljanje spojkom izvedeno je kao kombinacija pneumatskog, elektroničkog i mehaničkog sustava. Drugi dio diplomskog rada bazira se na autonomnim vozilima. Nakon objašnjenja autonomnih vozila naglasak se prebacuje na hidraulički autonomni kočioni sustav bolida. Objašnjen je princip rada kočionog sustava te je konstruiran autonomni koncept koji se može implementirati na bolid.
Abstract (english)
The master's thesis covers the construction of the clutch control system and autonomous braking system of the Riteh Racing Team RRC6 car that is used in Formula Student competitions. Initially, the principle of vehicle transmission was explained and what role the clutch system and gearbox have in it. The emphasis is on developing a new clutch control system where, instead of standard foot control by the pedal, system will be controled by a lever on the steering wheel. The clutch control is designed as a combination of a pneumatic, electronic and mechanical system. The second part of the thesis is based on autonomous vehicles. After explaining what autonomous vehicles are, the emphasis is on the hydraulic autonomous braking system. The operation principle of the braking system is explained and the concept of an autonomous system that can be implemented on a car is constructed.
