Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu opisane su nerazorne metode ispitivanja, njihove prednosti i nedostaci te područja njihove primjene. Objašnjene su i vrste pogrešaka koje se pojavljuju u zavarenim spojevima, a posebna se pažnja usmjerila na ultrazvučnu metodu ispitivanja zavarenih spojeva. Kod ove metode objasnila se fizika iza same pojave ultrazvučnih valova kao i njene prednosti i nedostatke kod korištenja, područje primjene te pogreške koje može detektirati. Ultrazvučnom metodom ispitivanja ispitan je zavareni spoj dviju ploča debljine 15 mm. Nakon uspješnog ispitivanja i dobivanja rezultata doneseni su odgovarajući zaključci uz pomoć kojih su okarakterizirane vrste pogrešaka detektirane u zavarenom spoju.
Abstract (english)
In this graduate paper the non-destructive testing methods, their advantages and disadvantages in their field of application have been breefly descibed and classified. The types of irregularities that occur in welded joints are further explained, and particular attention is paid to the ultrasonic method of testing welded joints, in which physics behind the occurance of ultrarsonic waves has been explained along with advantages and disadvantages of mentioned method, its field of application as well as the irregularities it can detect. The welded joints of two 15 mm thick panels have been tested. After a successful testing and obtaining the results, responsible conclusions were drawn, with the help of which the categories of irregularities found in welded joints have been classified.
