Abstract
Tema rada je ''Projekt tehnološkog procesa poklopca kućišta''. Projekt se izvodi po konvencionalnom postupku čime se obuhvaća tehnološka analiza dijela prema zadanom konstrukcijskom nacrtu, odabire se odljevak kao oblik ulaznog materijala, postavlja se koncept i razrada tehnološkog procesa kroz dvije operacije na CNC obradnom centru uz razradu osnovne tehnološke dokumentacije; popis operacija, operacijski listovi i popis alata. Provodi se simulacija obrade u CAM programskom paketu Mastercam, te se pregledom rezultata utvrđuje da su zahvati zadovoljavajuće definirani jer nema odstupanja od oblika ni kolizije alata s obratkom.
Abstract (english)
The topic of the thesis is ''Process planning of the housing cover''. The project is carried out according to a conventional procedure, which includes the technological analysis of the part according to the given design, casting is selected as a form of input material, the concept and the technological process are elaborated through two operations on a CNC machining center with development of basic technological documentation; list of operations, operation sheets and tool list. A simulation of the processing is performed in the CAM software package Mastercam, and the results analysis determines that the processing operations are satisfactorily defined because there is no shape deviation or tool collision with the workpiece.
