Abstract
Izradom ovog diplomskog rada obuhvaćena je analiza niskotlačne parne turbine na dva opterećenja i konkretno ova turbina spada u dio pogona brodskog propulzijskog propelera. Termodinamički proračun odnosno analiza parne turbine na nazivnom opterećenju napravljena je prema ulaznim podacima a to su snaga turbine 13MW, brzina vrtnje 3000 1/min, dovedena para tlaka 6 bar i temperature 256°C te tlak pare na izlazu iz turbine 0,044 bar. Za parcijalno opterećenje dana je snaga od 5,2 MW pri brzini vrtnje od 2100 1/min. Prvi dio diplomskog rada sadrži proračunate parametre vodene pare po stupnjevima za oba dva opterećenja, izračun broja stupnjeva, profile lopatica, maseni protok pare koja struji kroz turbinu. Prema proračunu nacrtani su trokuti brzina na nazivnom, odnosno na parcijalnom opterećenju. U drugom dijelu diplomskog rada prikazan je proračun čvrstoće rotorskih lopatica koji se odnosi na nazivno tj. maksimalno opterećenje turbine te proračun gubitka pare na unutarnjim labirintnim brtvama izrađen za oba zadana opterećenja. Prema dobivenom termodinamičkom proračunu napravljen je sklopni nacrt niskotlačne parne turbine i priložen uz diplomski rad.
Abstract (english)
This diploma contains the analysis of a low pressure steam turbine at two loads, and it is a part of ship’s propulsion propeller drive. The thermodynamic calculation and analysis of the steam turbine at the nominal load was made according to the input data, the turbine power 13MW, the rotational speed 3000 rpm, inlet steam pressure 6 bar and temperature 256 ° C and the outlet steam pressure 0.044 bar. A power of 5.2 MW at rotanional speed of 2100 rpm was given for the partial load. The first part of the thesis includes calculated parameters of water vapor by every turbine stage for both loads,number of stages calculation, blades profiles, mass flow of steam flowing through the turbine. According to the calculation, the velocity triangles are drawn at nominal and also at partial load. The second part of the thesis presents the strength analysis of the rotor blades which refers to the nominal, maximum load of the turbine and the calculation of steam losses in internal labyrinth seals made for both given loads. Low pressure turbine assembly design was made according to the thermodynamic calculation and it was attached to the thesis.
