Abstract
Postupak toplinske obrade jedan je od najrelevantnijih postupaka obrade čelika kojim se postižu razna mehanička svojstva. Ta svojstva su posljedica promjene mikrostrukture čelika prilikom promjena temperature materijala u određenim vremenskim periodima. Poboljšavanje čelika se sastoji od kombinacije kaljenja i visokotemperaturnog popuštanja . Tema ovog završnog rada je „Postupak toplinske obrade strojnog dijela IK.19-PT.49 “, odnosno poboljšavanje strojnog dijela. Prvi dio rada opisuje općenito postupke toplinske obrade i fazne pretvorbe u čeliku koje se događaju prilikom toplinske obrade te samo poboljšavanje čelika i vrste čelika koji su pogodni za tu vrstu obrade. Drugi, praktični dio, u detalje opisuje svaki korak postupka poboljšavanja strojnog dijela te tablično prikazuje dobivene rezultate.
Abstract (english)
The heat treatment process is one of the most important steel treatment processes through which a wide variety of mechanical properties can be obtained. The properties are obtained due to change in steel microstructure when steel is a subjected to certain temperatures during a certain period of time. One of the heat treatment processes is the steel improvement, which consist of quenching and high-temperature tempering. The subject of this final thesis is "Heat treatment of the machine part IK.19-PT.49", i.e. improvement of machine part properties. The first part of the thesis describes general procedures of heat treatment, steel transformations throughout phases that occure during heat treatment, steel improvement procedures and steel grades suitable for this type of processes. The second part is practical part, which describes every step of the heat treatment, as well as the achieved results.
