Abstract
Ovim radom opisani su zupčasti prijenosnici, odnosno reduktori te kućišta u koja dolaze. Rad sadrži smjernice za ispravno konstruiranje lijevane i zavarene izvedbe kućišta. Nadalje, ukratko je opisan CATIA V5 software te njegovi moduli za oblikovanje dijelova i zavarivanje. Analizirana je dobivena konstrukcijska dokumentacija te su navedene pronađene pogrješke. U radu je opisan i postupak modeliranja lijevanog i zavarenog kućišta, kao i implementacija prethodno spomenutih smjernica. Dodatno, ukratko je opisan postupak izrade tehničke dokumentacije. U konačnici, dana je analiza pojedinog kućišta kao i njihova kratka usporedba.
Abstract (english)
This final paper provides description of gearboxes, ie. gearbox reducers, and housings into which they come to. This final paper also contains guidelines for proper engineering design of cast and welded housings. Furthermore, CATIA V5 software has been described as well as its modules for modelling (Part Design) and welding (Weld Design). Analysis of existing tehnical documentation has been performed and errors found have been listed. Process of 3D modelling of cast and welded housings has been described and implementation of aforementioned design guidelines has been explained. Additionally, the process of making tehnical documentation has been briefly described. Finally, an analysis and short comparison of both housings have been given.
