Abstract
U ovom radu opisana je i provedena termomehanička analiza prirubničkog spoja u prehrambenoj industriji pri transportu čokoladne smjese. Prvi dio rada posvećen je teorijskom dijelu. Opisane su različite vrste brtva, prirubnica i pumpa, njihove prednosti i mane te područje primjene. Objašnjena su reološka svojstva čokoladne smjese i problemi prilikom transporta kroz cjevovod. Dato je detaljnije pojašnjenje metode konačnih elemenata koja se koristi u analizama. Drugi dio rada odnosi se na termomehnaičku analizu prirubničkog spoja u softveru Femap. Provedena je jedna tranzijentna termička analiza koja prikazuje raspodjelu temperatura po prirubničkom spoju u različitim vremenima. Na temelju rezultata dobivenih tranzijentnom termičkom analizom provedeno je ukupno 8 statičkih analiza od kojih su 2 statičke analize vezane za slučajeve kada dolazi do narušavanja funkcionalnosti prirubničkog spoja.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes and performs thermomechanical analysis of a flanged joint in the food industry when transporting a chocolate mixture. The first part of the paper is devoted to theory. Various types of gaskets, flanges and pumps are described, their advantages and disadvantages and the fields of application. The rheological properties of the chocolate mixture and the problems of transport through the pipeline are explained. A more detailed explanation of the finite element method used in the analysis is given. The second part of the paper deals with thermomechanical analysis of the flanged joint using Femap software. One transient thermal analysis was performed showing the distribution of temperatures in flanged joint in different moments in time. Based on the results obtained by transinet thermal analysis, a total of eight static analyses were performed, two of which were related to the case when the functionality of the flanged joint was impaired.
