Abstract
Velika većina zgrada u Europskoj Uniji, a s time i u Hrvatskoj graĊene su na naĉin da imaju veoma visoku potrošnju energije. U ovom radu je napravljena analiza postojećeg stanja jedne stambene zgrade te su dati prijedlozi na koji se naĉin rekonstrukcijom, može smanjiti potrošnja energije za održavanje ugodne temperature u unutrašnjosti zgrade. U radu je napravljena usporedba tri vrste materijala za izolaciju ovojnice zgrade, te prozora, balkonskih i vanjskih vrata. Nadalje, predviĊena je ugradnja dizalice topline, ventilatorskih konvektora, te podnog grijanja. IzraĊen je troškovnik sa svim troškovima koji se oĉekuju prilikom rekonstrukcije zgrade radi postizanja višeg energetskog standarda. Cilj je da se u rekonstruiranoj zgradi postigne visoka razina toplinske ugodnosti, da se smanji ukupna potrošnja energije i emisija stakleniĉkih plinova, te da se poveća uĉinkovitost rasvjete, grijanja, hlaĊenja, prozraĉivanja i elektroinstalacija.
Abstract (english)
The majority of buildings in the European Union, and thus in Croatia, are built in a way that has a very high energy consumption. In this paper, an analysis of the existing condition of a residential building is made, and suggestions are given on how the reconstruction can reduce energy consumption to maintain a comfortable temperature inside the building. The three types of materials for insulation of the building envelope, and several types of windows, balcony and exterior door. Furthermore, the installation of a heat pump, fan convectors and underfloor heating has been done. A cost estimate has been prepared with all the costs expected during the reconstruction of the building in order to achieve a higher energy standard. The goal is to achieve a high level of thermal comfort in the reconstructed building, to reduce the total energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions, and to increase the efficiency of lighting, heating, cooling, ventilation and electrical installations.
