Abstract
Početak razvoja tehnologija aditivne proizvodnje, uključujući 3D tiskanje, zabilježen je u drugoj polovici 80-ih godina 20. stoljeća. Ono što ih razlikuje od konvencionalnih tehnika proizvodnje je veća kvaliteta, brže vrijeme izvođenja procesa proizvodnje, manje ukupne troškove te mogućnost proizvodnje proizvoda složene geometrije. Tehnologija 3D tiskanja pomoću digitalnog modela sloj po sloj nanosi materijal na radnu podlogu u svrhu proizvodnje konačnog 3D proizvoda. Predstavlja ju se kao tehnologijom budućnosti, iako već i danas pokazuje iznimno obećavajuće rezultate. Na tržištu su prisutni razni oblici 3D pisača koji se razlikuju po materijalima koje podržavaju, mogućnosti rezolucije, veličini te kvaliteti koju mogu postići. U okviru ovog završnog rada navedeni su dijelovi koje posjeduje svaki 3D pisač te detaljno objašnjen njihov položaj i funkcija. Također su spomenuti trenutno najzastupljeniji 3D pisači na tržištu i njihove karakteristike. Spomenute su razne vrste materijala koji nalaze svoju primjenu u 3D tisku, te oni koji još čekaju svoju primjenu u raznim novih granama industrije. Opisana je njihova primjena i značaj u područjima poput automobilske i zrakoplovne industrije, medicine, umjetnosti i raznih drugih.
Abstract (english)
The beginning of the development of additive manufacturing, including 3D printing, was first noted in the second half of the 1980s. What makes them different than the conventional manufacturing is higher quality, faster manufacturing process, lower total costs and the possibility of producing products of complex geometry. The technology of 3D printing uses a digital model to apply the material layer by layer on the work surface for the purpose of producing the final 3D product. Also, it is presented as the technology of the future, although it is already presenting some extremely promising results. There are various forms of 3D printers on the market. Their difference is in the material they use, the resolution, the dimensions and the quality they can achieve. All the parts that each 3D printer has are listed and explained in detail with their position on the 3D printer and function they have. Also, the most common and popular 3D printers were mentioned with their features. The various types of material that find their application in 3D printing process are mentioned below. Their application and importance in car and aviation industry, medicine, art and various other areas are described.
