Abstract
U ovom radu opisana je konstrukcija i izrada 2D CNC glodaćeg ureĎaja usko specijaliziranog za primjenu u proizvodnji namještaja. UreĎaj se sastoji od dvije pomične osi X i Y , te stezne naprave konstantnog hoda u oba smjera. Isto tako, na ureĎaju se nalazi strujni ormar u kojem su sadrţane sve elektroničke komponente i stezna naprava. UreĎaj je upravljan putem upravljačke pločice ARDUINO i kontrolne ploče smještene na prednjoj strani strujnog ormara. U radu su opisani postupci planiranja, konstrukcije i montaţe spomenutog ureĎaja, kao i programiranje istog, popraćeni potrebnom tehničkom dokumentacijom.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the design and manufacturing of a 2D CNC milling device closely specialized for application in furniture production. The device consists of two movable axes X and Y, and a clamping device with constant travel in both directions. Also, there is a power cabinet on the device that contains all the electronic components and a clamping device within. The device is controlled via the ARDUINO circuit board and the control panel located on the front of the electrical cabinet. The paper describes the procedures of planning, design and assembly of the mentioned device, as well as its programming, accompanied by the necessary technical documentation.
