Abstract
U radu je prikazana važnost primjene metoda reverznog inženjerstva s osvrtom na primjenu industrijskog 3D skeniranja (ATOS) i digitalne fotogrametrije, a s ciljem definiranja nepostojećeg digitalnog modela proizvoda. Rezultat provedenog postupka reverznog inženjerstva je dobiveni 3D model koji predstavlja ulazni podatak u procesu brze izrade prototipa primjenom dostupne aditivne tehnologije ili strojne obrade. Usporedba dobivenih rezultata korištenih tehnologija reverznog inženjerstva pokazala je prihvatljivost fotogrametrije kao metode skeniranja kod manje zahtjevnih površina i izradaka gdje se ne traži visoka točnost, za razliku od industrijskih 3D skenera.
Abstract (english)
In the thesis, the importance of application of reverse engineering methods has been shown regarding the usage of industrial 3D scanning (ATOS) and digital photogrammetry with the goal of defining a nonexistent digital model of a product. The result of the executed reverse engineering procedure is an obtained 3D model which represents the input data in the process of fast prototype production using available additive technology or machining. A comparison of the obtained results of the used reverse engineering technologies has shown that photogrammetry is an acceptable scanning method when used on less demanding surfaces and workpieces where high precision is not demanded, as opposed to industrial 3D scanners.
