Abstract
U okviru ovog rada opisan je projekt tehnološkog procesa izrade vratila. Rad obuhvaća sedam poglavlja u kojima su detaljno objašnjene faze izrade koje se međusobno nadovezuju jedna na drugu. Tehnološkom analizom dijela otklonjene su sve konstrukcijske i tehnološke nejasnoće koje su preduvjet za izbor ulaznog materijala. Provedenom tehno-ekonomskom analizom određen je ekonomski prihvatljiv ulazni materijal. U daljnjim koracima razrađen je tehnološki proces obrade strukturiranjem operacija i definiranjem svih elemenata operacija. Razrada obuhvaća najsitnije detalje od izbora odgovarajućih alata, strojeva, redoslijeda operacija do razrade osnovne tehnološke dokumentacije. U posljednjoj fazi ovog rada određene su proizvodne i ekonomske brzine rezanja i zaključak provedenog projekta.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes process planning of the shaft. The paper includes seven chapters in which the stages of interconnected construction are explained in details. Constructional and technological imperfection that are precondition for the selection of raw material are detailed explained in chapter two. The conducted techno-economic analysis determined the economic acceptable raw material. Structuring operations and defining all elements of operations are elaborated in the next steps of process planning. The elaboration includes the precise details about the selection of appropriate tools, machines, the sequence of operations and the elaboration of basic technological documentation. The production and economic cutting speeds and the conclusion are explained in last part of this paper.
