Abstract
U ovom radu opisane su vodne turbine koje su se koristile nekada i vodne turbine koje se koriste danas. Na umanjenom modelu Francisove turbine radili smo ispitivanja momenta, snage i korisnosti turbine. Računali smo hidrauličku i mehaničku snagu . Karakteristike modela Francisove turbine dobivene su iz rezultata mjerenja. Da bi mogli izračunati moment i snage morali smo izmjeriti silu na dinamometrima, brzinu vrtnje i protok. Korisnost turbine dobili smo iz omjera mehaničke i hidrauličke snage. U eksperimentu vidimo da s rastom momenta opada brzina, a turbina apsorbira više snage. Umanjene verzije turbina imaju manju efikasnost zbog većeg učinka trenja u pokretnim dijelovima i trenja uslijed kretanja vode kroz mala područja.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes water turbines that were used in the past and water turbines that are used today. We tested the torque, power and efficiency of the turbine on a scale model of the Francis turbine. We calculated the hydraulic and mechanical power. The characteristics of the Francis turbine model were obtained from the measurement results. To be able to calculate torque and power we had to measure the force on the dynamometers, the speed of rotation and the flow. The turbine's usefulness was obtained from the ratio of mechanical and hydraulic power. In the experiment, we see that as the torque increases, the speed decreases and the turbine absorbs more power. Reduced versions of turbines have lower efficiency due to the greater effect of friction in moving parts and friction due to the movement of water through small areas.
