Abstract
U ovom radu se obuhvaća razvoj bicikla od njegovog početka nastajanja do današnjih modernih koji su dostupni široj upotrebi. TakoĎer se daje uvid u današnju glavnu podjelu te eksperimentalne načine ispitivanja koji su propisani ISO normom EN ISO 4210. Glavni zadatak rada je analiza opterećenja koja djeluju na okvir bicikla, stoga je odabrana konstrukcija sa svojom geometrijom i podvrgnuta ispitivanju pomoću softvera SolidWorks u kojem je napravljena simulacija. Završetkom simulacije dobio se uvid gdje su kritične točke okvira i gdje se pojavljuju najveća naprezanja. Na taj način se u današnje vrijeme vrše mnoge analize jer se prije same izrade može ustanoviti hoće li proizvod, tj. u ovom slučaju konstrukcija, zadovoljiti tražene kriterije i hoće li ekonomski biti isplativa. Rezultati dobiveni simulacijom dokaz su da odabrani okvir i materijal zadovoljava tražene kriterije čvrstoće i krutosti. Provjerom dobivenih rezultata zaključuje se da je analiza opterećenja koja djeluju na okvir bicikla uspješno odraĎena.
Abstract (english)
This work includes history overview of bicycles from its beginnings to todays modern bicycles that are available for wide use. It also provides an insight into todays main classification and experimental test methods prescribed by the ISO standard EN ISO 4210. The main task of this work is to analyze the loads acting on the bicycle frame. Design and geometry of bicycle frame were selected and analyzed using SolidWorks software. At the end of the simulation an insight was gained on the critical points of the frame and where the biggest stresses occur. In today's modern engineering practice many analysis are performed before manufacturing of real part because it can be determined weather the product will satisfy the required criteria and if the product will be economically viable. The results obtained by the simulation are proof that the selected frame and material satisfy required criteria of strength and stiffness. Checking the obtained results, it is concluded that the analysis of the loads acting on the bicycle frame has been successfully completed.
