Abstract
Tema ovog diplomskog rada je korozijska postojanost u ovisnosti o toplinskoj obradi. Rad se sastoji od teorijskog i eksperimentalnog dijela. U teorijskom dijelu su objašnjeni mehanizmi nastanka korozije, oblici u kojima se javlja korozija, metode ispitivanja korozijske postojanosti. Također, u teorijskom dijelu opisan je i postupak toplinske obrade cementiranjem te su navedeni materijali za cementiranje i njihova primjena. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada odabran je čelik C15 te su od njega napravljena tri uzorka. Dva od tri uzorka su toplinski obrađeni postupkom cementiranja. Nakon toplinske obrade sva tri uzorka su elektrokemijski ispitana te je napravljena analiza rezultata.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this thesis is corrosion resistance depending on heat treatment. The paper consists of a theoretical and an experimental part. The theoretical part explains the mechanisms of corrosion, the forms in which corrosion occurs, the methods of testing corrosion resistance. In addition to the above, the theoretical part describes the process of heat treatment by cementation, which are listed cementing materials and their application. In the experimental part of the work, C15 steel was selected, which was made from it in three samples. Two of the three samples were heat treated by the cementation process. After heat treatment, all three samples were electrochemical exam analysis of the results was made.
