Abstract
Ovaj rad bavi se istraˇzivanjem i implementacijom analize neraspoloˇzivosti u poslovima priobalne konstrukcije. Usredotoˇcen je na opisivanju bitnih pojmova za razumijevanje teme te kasnije na opisivanju raˇcunalnog programa koji je izraden za potrebe ovog rada. Raˇcunalni program pruˇza mogu´cnost izrade kompleksnih kampanja iz spomenutih poslova te njihovo simuliranje. Po uspjeˇsnom zavrˇsetku simulacija, program korisniku pruˇza skup informacija koje pomaˇzu odrediti optimalno vrijeme i datum za pokretanje stvarnog projekta.
Abstract (english)
This thesis is concerned with exploration of weather standby analysis techniques and the implementation of one such technique. The thesis primarily focuses on describing the terms commonly used in the domain of weather standby analysis, and on reviewing the computer application made for the purpose of the thesis. The computer application allows the definition and creation of complex campaign templates which it then simulates. Following the successful simulations of campaigns, the application presents the user with a set of crucial information concerning the duration and the average downtime of the simulated campaigns. Users rely on said information to make decisions on picking the optimal starting date and time of their actual campaigns.
