Abstract
Izrada pokretnih stepenica je opsežan i kompleksan proces te zahtjeva sveukupna znanja koje bi jedan strojar trebao posjedovati. U prvom dijelu diplomskog rada objašnjene su postojeće klasifikacije, nabrojani te objašnjene komponente pokretnih stepenica, te u konačnici obuhvatno kako bi pokretne stepenice trebale raditi. U drugom dijelu rada izrađena je konstrukcija pokretnih stepenica za definirani slučaj, odnosno bilo je potrebno projektirati pokretne stepenice za ljude u trgovačkom centru veličine 7 katova. Također, s definiranim ulaznim podacima kao što je širina stepenica, brzina gibanja stepenica, nagib stepenica, visina dizanja te broj horizontalnih stepenica. Izvršen je proračun svih dijelova pokretnih stepenica te popraćen s odgovarajućim komentarima te dopunjen s potrebnim skicama i dijagramima. Na kraju je izrađen sklopni crtež pokretnih stepenica te dodatno razrađen s radioničkim crtežima.
Abstract (english)
The construction of escalators is an extensive and complex process requiring the comprehensive knowledge that a mechanical engineer possesses. The first part of the thesis details the existing classifications lists the explanations of the different components of escalators and comprehensively describes how escalators should work. In the second part of the thesis, a defined case for the construction of an escalator is made. It is necessary to design an escalator for people to use in a 7-floor shopping center, including defined input data such as stair width, stair speed, stair slope, escalator height and the number of horizontal stairs. The calculation of all parts of the escalator was performed, accompanied by appropriate comments and supplemented with the necessary sketches and diagrams. Finally, an assembly drawing of the escalator was made and further detailed with relevant technical documentation.
