Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je „Zaštita aluminijevih legura od korozije“. U uvodnom dijelu rada objašnjeni su korozijski procesi i osnovno o aluminiju kao konstrukcijskom materijalu te njegovoj postojanosti na koroziju. Zatim su opisane vrste i karakteristike metoda za zaštitu aluminija od korozije. U sljedećoj cjelini je posebno izdvojena i detaljno razrađena metoda za zaštitu aluminija oksidnim prevlakama na temelju koje je i proveden eksperimentalni dio. Aluminij je najpoznatiji po dobroj čvrstoći, maloj gustoći, prirodnom afinitetu prema kisiku ali isto tako i dobroj podlozi za uporabu nekoliko metoda za dodatnu zaštitu od korozije. Nakon teorijskog dijela rada opisan je i eksperimentalni dio proveden u suradnji sa tvrtkama TIZ Zagreb d.o.o. i Elcon Geraetebau d.o.o. Uspješno je proveden postupak anodizacije proizvodnog dijela te je donesen zaključak o korisnosti upotrijebljene metode zaštite.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this paper is "Corrosion protection of aluminum alloys". In the introductory part of the paper, corrosion processes are explained, as well as basic information about aluminum as a construction material and its resistance to corrosion. In next chapter are described the types and characteristics of methods for protection of aluminum and its alloys. After all methods, a anodizing method is singled out and elaborated. The experimental part was carried out on anodizing method. Aluminum is best known for its good strength, low density, natural affinity for oxygen but also a good substrate for the use of several methods for additional corrosion protection. After the theoretical part of the paper, the experimental part carried out in cooperation with the companies TIZ Zagreb d.o.o. and Elcon Geraetebau d.o.o. The process of anodizing of the production part was successfully carried out and a conclusion was reached on the usefulness of using this protection method.
