Abstract
Tema ovog diplomskog rada je „Antikorozivni premazi za primjenu u brodogradnji“. Korozija je nepoţeljno i štetno trošenje materijala, koje je uzrokovano raznim kemijskim, fizikalnim te biološkim čimbenicima, stoga je vrlo vaţna zaštita materijala od korozije. Ovaj rad sastoji se od teorijskog i eksperimentalnog dijela. U teorijskom dijelu definirana je korozija, mehanizmi korozije, oblici korozijskih razaranja metala, čelici koji se primjenjuju u brodogradnji te metode zaštite od korozije. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada provedeno je elektrokemijsko ispitivanje brzine korozije, na ispitnim uzorcima bez premaza te s premazima, sa svrhom ocjene kvalitete premaza. Opisan je sam postupak ispitivanja te potrebna oprema i pribor. TakoĎer, uz elektrokemijsko ispitivanje, objašnjen je i postupak nanošenja antikorozivnog premaza te ispitivanje prionjivosti premaza na površinu materijala.
Abstract (english)
The main topic of this paper is „Anti-corrosion coatings for application in shipbuilding“. Corrosion is an undesirable and harmful wear of the material, which is caused by various chemical, physical and biological factors, so it is very important to protect the material from corrosion. This paper consists of a theoretical and an experimental part. The theoretical part defines corrosion, corrosion mechanisms, forms of corrosion destruction of metals, steels used in shipbuilding and methods of corrosion protection. In the experimental part of the paper it was performed an electrochemical test of the corrosion rate on test samples, without coatings and with coatings, with the purpose of grading the quality. The test described procedure itself and the necessary equipment and accessories. Also, in addition to the electrochemical test, there is explained the procedure of applying the anti-corrosion coating and coating adhesion test to the surface of the material.
