Abstract
U ovom završnom radu prikazana je izrada tehnološkog procesa ležajne prirubnice prema nacrtu za količinu od 15000 komada godišnje. Tehnološki proces započinje tehnološkom analizom s konstrukcijskog i tehnološkog stajališta. Zatim slijedi odabir oblika ulaznog materijala, a u ovom slučaju je nakon provedene tehno-ekonomske analize zaključeno da je optimalna varijanta otkivak. U idućem koraku određuje se struktura tehnološkog procesa tako što se definira raspored operacija i radno mjesto na kojem će se odviti. Nakon određivanja strukture napravila se razrada svake operacije koja obuhvaća propisivanje režima rada, strojeva i alata koje je potrebno koristiti. Slijedi računanje ekonomske i proizvodne brzine rezanja za jedan zahvat grube i jedan zahvat fine obrade. Zadnji korak je izrada tehnološke dokumentacije na temelju dobivenih rezultata tijekom projektiranja tehnološkog procesa.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper it is shown how to plan the technological process of the bearing flange according to the drawing for an amount of 15000 pieces a year. The technological process starts with a technological analysis from structural and technological point of view. Then follows the selection of shape for input material, and in this case, after carrying out the techno – economic analysis, it was concluded that forged steel is an optimal solution. In the next step a structure of operations is determined by defining a schedule of operations and a workplace in which they will take place. After defining the structure of operations, an elaboration of every operation involving prescribing cutting data, machines and used tools was made. The following is the calculation of economic and production cutting speed for one rough operation and one fine operation. The last step is the making of technological documentation based on the results obtained during the designing of technological process.
