Abstract
Rad je za cilj imao prikazati proces izrade povijesne replike primjenom CAD programa za izradu modela te CAM programa za strojnu obradu dobivenih modela. U tom cilju bilo je potrebno napraviti 3D model povijesne replike te osigurati njenu funkcionalnost. Nakon dobivenog modela pristupilo se razradi tehnološkog procesa obrade gdje je bilo potrebno definirati redoslijed operacija obrade, ishodište koordinatnog sustava alatnog stroja, odrediti dimenzije sirovca te odabrati alate i njihove parametre. Primjenom CAM programa bilo je moguće provesti virtualnu simulaciju izrade svakog pojedinog dijela modela, gdje su postprocesiranjem dobiveni NC programi za 3-osnu CNC glodalicu HIGH-Z S-720/T.
Abstract (english)
The aim of the paper was to present the process of making a historical replica using CAD program for model making and CAM program for machining the designed models. To this end, it was necessary to make a 3D model of the historical replica and ensure it's functionality. After the 3D model was obtained the technological process can be elaborated specifically: defining the sequence of operations, defining the coordinate system origin of the machine, determining the dimensions of stock materialş, and selecting tools and their parameters. By applying the CAM program, it was possible to perform a virtual simulation of the production of each individual part. With postprocessing, the NC programs were obtained for 3-axis CNC milling machine HIGH-Z S-720 / T.
