Abstract
U ovom završnom radu bilo je potrebno konstruirati sklop za dizanje tereta uz dane zahtjeve. Zadana je nosivost dizalice koja iznosi 1,5 t, te brzina dizanja tereta od 0,5 m/s. Budući da je dizalica namijenjena za manje prostorije, ostali zahtjevi su tokom proračuna i konstruiranja uzeti uzimajući u obzir taj faktor. U manjim prostorijama uobičajeno treba osloboditi prostor na tlu, pa je ova dizalica zapravo stropna konzolna dizalica. U uvodu su analizirane već postojeće konstrukcijske izvedbe te su ponuđena dva konstrukcijska rješenja. Nakon analize već postojeće konstrukcijske izvedbe i odabira prikladnog rješenja slijedi proračun mehanizma za dizanje propisanim normama za transportne uređaje, te zatim slijedi oblikovanje i proračun vitla i konzole dizalice. Za prikaz konstrukcijskog rješenja u 3D modelu i za izradu tehničke dokumentacije je korišten programski paket Catia P3V5R21.
Abstract (english)
In this final work it was necessary to construct cargo lift components with the given requirement. The default load capacity of the crane is 1,5 t and the load lifting speed is 0,5 m/s. The crane is intended for smaller rooms, and taking this factor into account, many other requirements were taken during the calculation and construction because of that account. In smaller rooms you usually need to free up space on the ground, so this crane is a ceiling cantilever crane. In the introduction, the already existing construction designs are analyzed, and two construction solutions are offered. After the analysis of the already existing design and the selection of a suitable solution, comes the calculation of the lifting mechanism prescribed by the standards for transport devices, followed by the design and calculation of the winch and crane console. Catia P3V5R21 software was used to display the construction solution in the 3D model and to prepare the technical documentation.
