Abstract
U diplomskom radu opisalo se je struktura izvora električne energije u Hrvatskoj, odnosno omjer uvožene i stvorene električne energije. Nakon toga definirala su se alternativna rješenja dobivanja struje i jedno od rješenja su obnovljivi izvori energije. Tu su opisani svi važni pojmovi i karakteristike vjetroelektrane. Točnije od čega se sastoji vjetroelektrana, podjele vjetroagregata, prednosti i nedostaci, itd. Najvažniji dio vjetroagregata koji se ponajviše obrađuje u ovom diplomskom radu odnosi se na zupčasti multiplikator. Korišteni su programski paketi: Excel, Solidworks, Kisssoft, AutoCad pomoću kojih su se napravili traženi konstrukcijski dijelovi. Zadatak je bio proračunati multiplikator prijenosnog omjera 50 koji je sastavljen od 3 stupnja, u proračun spadaju: izračuni dimenzija zupčanika, proračuni spojeva (vijčani, zupčasti, spoj pera), kontrolni proračuni (kućišta, vratila, zupčanika, ležajeva), itd. Na temelju tog proračuna krenulo se je u stvaranje i 3D modeliranje multiplikatora sa svim potrebnim dijelovima. U zadnjem koraku izrađivali su se različiti nacrti uz konzultacije s mentorom i komentatorom.
Abstract (english)
This master’s thesis explores the supply of electric energy in Croatia, i.e. the ratio of imported and produced energy. Afterwards, alternative solutions for producing energy were defined — one of these solutions are renewable energy sources. Here, all major terms and characteristics of a wind farm were described: its components, its pros and cons, classification of wind turbines, etc. The most important part of the wind turbine explored in this thesis is the gear multiplier. Software packages used for creating the constructional parts include: Microsoft Excel, SolidWorks, Kisssoft, and AutoCAD. The task was to calculate the multiplier of gear ratio 50 composed of 3 degrees. The calculation includes: gear dimensions, joint calculations (bolted, toothed, feathered), control calculations (housing, shaft, gear, bearings), etc. Based on these calculations, 3D modeling and building of the multiplier was initiated, along with all the necessary parts. In the final step, technical drawings were made, as consulted with the mentor and the commentor.
