Abstract
Ovaj rad opisuje način djelovanja fotonaponske ćelije prilikom osvjetljenja sunčevog zračenja. Ujedno su opisani parametri snage i djelotvornosti ćelije. Razmatrane su performanse raznih materijala i novih tehnologija kod fotonaponskih modula s osvrtom na njihovu zastupljenost na tržištu. Također, uspoređene su djelotvornosti i razvoj cijene. Zaključuje se da grafen uveliko poboljšava karakteristike postojećih fotonaponskih ćelija. Zatim su nabrojani tipovi fotonaponskih sustava i njihovi ključni elementi. U posljednjem dijelu objašnjava se rad uzlaznog pretvarača i analizira se utjecaj omskog otpora prigušnice na djelotvornost. Izmjerenim vrijednostima realnog fotonaponskog modula izrađena je simulacija uzlaznog pretvarača s MPPT algoritmom.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the operation of photovoltaic cells during the illumination of solar radiation. At the same time, the parameters of cells are described. The performances of various materials and new technologies in photovoltaic modules are considered with reference to their market presence. Also, efficiency and price development were compared. It has been concluded that the graphene improves the performances of photovoltaic cells. Then the types of photovoltaic systems are categorized and their key elements are listed. The last part analyses the function of the boost converter and prove the influence of the ohmic resistance of the inductor on its efficiency. The measured variables of the real photovoltaic module were used to simulate the boost converter with the MPPT algorithm.
