Abstract
Mikrokogeneracijski sustavi koriste se u kućanstvima za dobivanje električne energije i korisne toplinske energije. U radu je dan pregled i usporedba tehnologija koje se koriste u tu svrhu: motori s unutarnjim izgaranjem, Stirling motori, organski Rankineov ciklus, gorivni članci i mikroturbine. Zatim je izrađena analiza sustava s prednostima i manama te usporedba s klasičnom distribucijom energije. U drugom dijelu izabran je i analiziran mikrokogeneracijski sustav sa Stirling motorm. Stirling motor je obećavajuća tehnologija te je u radu objašnjeno što ga čini privlačnim i povoljnim za primjenu u mikro CHP sustavima. Za zamišljeni sustav izrađen je termodinamički proračun idealnog procesa i proračun gubitaka te je na temelju proračuna izrađen Sankeyjev dijagram. U konačnici je izrađen nacrt motora.
Abstract (english)
Microcogeneration systems are used in households to generate electricity and useful heat. This paper provides an overview and comparison of technologies used for this purpose: internal combustion engines, Stirling engines, organic Rankine cycle, fuel cells and microturbines. After that, an analysis of the system was made which shows advantages and disadvantages and compares it with the classical energy distribution. In the second part, a microcogeneration system with a Stirling engine was selected and analyzed. The Stirling motor is a promising technology and this paper explains what makes it attractive and suitable for use in micro CHP systems. For selected system ideal cycle calculation and engine loss calculation were made. Based on this data, a Sankey diagram was created. In the end, an engine design was made.
