Abstract
U ovom radu analiziran je brodski generator pare tipa "D", te su definirane njegove glavne karakteristike i pogonski parametri. U prvom dijelu rada razrađen je toplinski proračun generatora koji obuhvaća proračun izgaranja, dimnih plinova, toplinskih tokova i gubitaka generatora, te na kraju proračun ogrjevnih površina, tj. zagrijača vode, isparivača i pregrijača pare. Drugi dio rada se bavi automatskom regulacijom u prethodno proračunatom generatoru pare. Izveden je dinamički model isparivačkog kruga generatora pare koji se temelji na jednadžbama o očuvanju mase i energije, te su prikazane dvije dinamičke analize provedene u Matlab i Simulink programskom paketu. Prva analiza sagledava pad dobave goriva u ložištu te regulaciju visine vode u parnom bubnju, dok se u drugoj analizi promatra povećanje opterećenja generatora, odnosno povećanje potražnje za isporučenom parom na brodu, a regulira se dobava goriva u ložištu.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis, type "D" marine steam generator is analysed, and its main characteristics and operating parameters are defined. In the first part of the thesis the termal calculation of the generator has been elaborated, and it includes calculation of combustion, flue gases, heat flows and generator losses, and finally the calculation of heat exchange surfaces, i.e. water heater, evaporator and superheater. The second part of the thesis is dealing with automatic regulation of previously defined steam generator. A dynamic model of the evaporating circut based on the mass and energy conservation equations is derived, for which two dynamic analyses are performed using Matlab and Simulink software package. The first analysis refers to the reduction in fuel supply in the furnace, and the automatic regulation of the water level in the drum, while the second analysis observes an increase in generator load, that is, increasing demand for the steam production on board, and the supply of fuel to the furnace is automatically regulated.
