Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu je opisan postupak toplinske obrade cementiranja strojnog dijela GH.20-DT.98 i mjerenje tvrdoće kako bi se potvrdila tražena svojstva. Strojni dio GH.20-DT.98 je izrađen od čelika oznake C15E. Cijeli postupak toplinske obrade je detaljno opisan. Odabrani parametri toplinske obrade kako bi se postigla tražena svojstva su ispravno određeni, što je potvrđeno ispitivanjem tvrdoće na tvrdomjeru. Cilj postupka cementranja strojnog dijela GH.20- DT.98 je bio povećanje otpornosti na trošenje, a pritom zadržavanje žilavosti strojnog dijela. Cijeli postupak toplinske obrade cementiranja kao i mjerenje tvrdoće je popraćen slikama.
Abstract (english)
This thesis describes the heat treatment process of cementing machine part GH.20-DT.98 and hardness measurement to confirm required properties. The machine part GH.20-DT.98 is made of steel marked C15E. The whole heat treatment process is described in detail. Selected heat treatment parameters to achieve the required properties were correctly determined, which was confirmed by the hardness test on the hardness tester. The aim of the machine part cementing process GH.20-DT.98 was to increase the wear resistance while maintaining the toughness of the machine part. The whole process of heat treatment of cementation as well as hardness measurement is accompanied by pictures.
