Abstract
Rad započinje opisom proizvodnje čipsa s naglaskom na spremnike ulja i pumpe korištene za pumpanje ulja u spremnike. Zatim su objašnjena reološka svojstva ulja te kako maksimizirati vijek trajanja ulja. Nakon toga opisane su vrste prirubnica, brtvi i pumpi koje se koriste u prehramenoj industriji. Potom je detaljno pojašnjena metoda konačnih elemenata koju je potrebno razumijeti kako bi se shvatilo kako softwer Femap radi, odnosno kako će se dobiti rezultati. Nakon teoretskih pojašnjenja obavljene su dvije tranzijentne termičke analize i šest statičkih analiza povezanih sa rezultatima tranzijentnih termičkih analiza. Tri statičke analize imaju definirane normalne uvjete rada, dok ostale tri uključuju pucanje vijka ili smanjenje predaprezanja vijka.
Abstract (english)
The paper begins with description of the production of chips with an emphasis on oil tanks and pumps used to pump oil into tanks. Next, the rheological properties of the oil and how to maximize the service life of the oil are explained. The types of flanges, seals and pumps used in the food industry are then described. Then the finite element method is explained in detail, which needs to be understood in order to understand how the Femap software works and how the results will be obtained. After theoretical explanations, two transient thermal analyzes and six static analyzes related to the results of transient thermal analyzes were performed. Three static analyzes have defined normal operating conditions, while the other three include screw cracking or screw preload reduction.
