Abstract
Prvi dio ovog rada je teoretski i objašnjava što je reverzno inženjerstvo, kao i postupak generiranja 3D modela, dok je u drugom dijelu teorija primijenjena na praktičnom primjeru. Reverznim inženjerstvom se od krajnjeg gotovog proizvoda postupcima unazad može dobiti isti taj proizvod. U ovom radu to je testirano i dokazano na primjeru masažera. Prvi korak bio je skenirati objekt 3D skenerom i popraviti mreţu dobivenu skeniranjem. Korišteni skener je ATOS Triple Scan, a podaci su obrađeni koristeći Geomagic Wrap. Potom je uslijedila izrada CAD modela da bi bilo moguće izraditi kalupnu šupljinu. Obrada kalupne šupljine vršila se uz pomoć softvera Mastercam. Budući da je riječ o kalupnoj šupljini koja je na svim dijelovima istog oblika i na svakom od ukupno 4 dijela se nalaze 2 dţepa, postupak obrade koji je korišten je glodanje.
Abstract (english)
The first part of this thesis is theoretical and explains what reverse engineering is, as well as the process of generating a 3D model, while in the second part the theory is applied to a practical example. By reverse engineering, the same product can be obtained backwards from the final finished product. In this thesis, this has been tested and proven on the example of a massager. The first step was to scan the object with a 3D scanner and repair the mesh obtained by scanning. The scanner used is an ATOS Triple Scan, and the data was processed using a Geomagic Wrap. This was followed by the production of a CAD model to make it possible to make a mould cavity. Moulding cavity processing was performed with the help of Mastercam software. Each part of this mould cavity has the same shape and all 4 of those parts have a shape made out of 2 pockets, so the machining process used was milling.
