Abstract
Diplomski rad naziva „Konstrukcija hidrauličkog sustava podmazivanja motora Formula Student bolida“ obuhvaća konstrukciju sustava podmazivanja motora Yamaha YZF-R6 baziranog na dodatnom spremniku ulja. U prvom dijelu rada kratko je opisano Formula Student natjecanje te dane osnovne informacije o Riteh Racing Teamu. Dalje se rad bavi općenitom o bolidu RRC6 za kojega se konstruira sustav, motoru koji se koristi, općenitom o sustavu podmazivanja u motorima te razlozima i prednostima uvođenja sustava podmazivanja s dodatnim spremnikom ulja, odnosno suhog kartera. Glavni dio rada obuhvaća konstrukcijsku razradu sustava gdje se detaljno opisuje razvoj ili postupak odabira svake od komponenti sustava. Završno, ukratko se predlažu sljedeći koraci vezani uz implementaciju sustava na bolid RRC6.
Abstract (english)
Master Thesis with name „Design of a hydraulic lubrication system for a Formula Student racecar engine“ covers the design of lubrication system for Yamaha YZF-R6 engine based on additional oil tank. In the first part of the thesis there is a brief description of Formula Student competition and some basic information about Riteh Racing Team is given. Further, the thesis deals with general information about RRC6 racecar for which the lubrication system is designed, engine that is being used, lubrication system in engines in general and with reasons behind and advantages for implementing lubrication system based on additional oil tank that is dry sump. The main part of the thesis covers design elaboration of the system where the design proces or the procedure of chosing particular components is described in detail. Finally, the next steps for implementation of the system on the RRC6 racecar are suggested in short.
