Abstract
Tema diplomskog rada je postupak toplinske obrade strojnog dijela AD.20-DT.30. Diplomski rad se sastoji od teorijskog i praktičnog dijela. Teorijski dio sastoji se od opisa mikrostrukture čelika koja je važna radi potpunijeg razumijevanja procesa koji se odvijaju u materijalu tijekom toplinske obrade. U drugom poglavlju opisana je mikrostruktura čelika. U trećem poglavlju opisan je proces proces cementiranja. Objašnjen je postupak pougljičavanja, kaljenja, gašenja i popuštanja. U sljedećem poglavlju je detaljnjije opisana kaljivost čelika. Na primjerima je prikazan proces određivanja prokaljivosti. Zadnje poglavlje rada opisuje praktičan postupak cementiranja strojnog dijela.
Abstract (english)
Main topic of this graduate thesis is the heat treatment process of the machine part AD.20- DT.30. Thesis has two parts. Theoretical part describes microstructures of steel which are important for better understanding of processes that are taking place during the heat treatment. Second chapter of the thesis describes microstructures of steel. In the third chapter process of cementation is described. It describes the process of carburizing, hardening, quenching and tempering. In the next chapter hardening and hardenability are described, with some examples.The last chapter of the thesis describes the practical part of the process of cementation.
