Abstract
U radu je prikazan projekt transkritičnog rashladnog uređaja koji radi s radnom tvari R744. Prikazane su karakteristike radne tvari R744 te prednosti i nedostaci korištenja radne tvari u rashladnoj tehnici. Za radne uvjete rada određeni su transkritični i podkritični režimi rada uređaja. Nakon proračuna teoretskog procesa i određivanja potrebne dobave odabran je rashladni kompresor za kojeg je proračunat stvarni rashladni proces. Provedeni su proračuni isparivača i hladnjaka plina / kondenzatora. Dimenzionirani su spojni cjevovodi rashladnog uređaja, određen volumen spremnika – odvajača te su odabrani svi potrebni regulacijski i upravljački elementi uređaja.
Abstract (english)
Assignment is demonstrating project of transcritical refrigeration unit that apply with substance R744. Charateristics of substance R744 are displayed with pros and cons of useage substance in refrigeration technology. For working conditions of the task are determinated transcritical and subritical system of working equipment. After estimation of the theoretical process and determination of the required mass flow, refrigerating compressor has been selected for wich is calculated exact cooling process. Estimations are conductet for evaporator and gas cooler/condensator. Dimensions of the join pipelines of refrigeration device are made, volume of liquid reciever is defined, together with all needed regulations and operating elements of the unit.
