Abstract
Kroz rad je objašnjen razlog i potreba zamjene radne tvari u rashladnoj tehnici. Prikazan je proračun komponenata dizalice topline Linde LAC 080 smještene u Laboratoriju za rashladnu tehniku Tehničkog fakulteta u Rijeci. Rezultatima dobivenim iz teoretskog proračuna i proračuna zasnovanog na stvarnim rubnim uvjetima u kojima nam je nepoznata temperatura kondenzacije i isparivanja dana je usporedba učina komponenti dizalice topline za jednake režime rada pri korištenju radne tvari R22 i R290. Zbog eksplozivnih svojstava propana predložene su mjere sigurnosti kako dizalice topline, tako i prostora laboratorija u kojem se nalazi. U nacrtnoj dokumentaciji prikazan je detaljan nacrt dizalice topline, kondenzatora i isparivača. Također, prikazan je smještaj dizalice topline u laboratoriju s predloženim sustavom ventilacije.
Abstract (english)
The reason and the need replacement refrigerants in refrigeration systems is explained in this graduate work. The calculation of properties of the heat pump Linde LAC 080 located at the Laboratory for refrigeration of the Faculty of Engineering in Rijeka. The results obtained from the theoretical calculation and calculation based on real boundary condition in which the temperature of condensation and evaporation is not known yet gives a comparision output components of the heat pump for the same modes using refrigerants R22 and R290. Furthermore, because of the explosive properties of propane have been proposed security measures to heat pump and laboratory space in which it is located. In the drawings, a detailed plan of the heat pump, condenser and evaporator is presented. Also, the location of the heat pump in the laboratory with the proposed ventilation system is showed in the mentioned drawings.
