Abstract
U ovom radu izrađena je termomehanička analiza sklopa pumpe čokolade za vrijeme realnih uvjeta. Rad je koncepiran na način da prvi dio opisuje teorijske osnove raznih pumpi i njihovih primjena unutar sličnih industrija, te teoriju vezanu za korištenu metodu konačnih elemenata. Drugi dio sadrži postupak izrade modela i termomehaničke analize u softwareima SolidWorks i Femap. Prikazani su rezultati dvije tranzijentne termičke analize u kojima je vidljiva raspodjela temperature po strukturi sklop kroz vrijeme od kojih je jedna slučaj puknuća vijka. Rezultati tranzijentne analize su korišteni u daljnjih četiri statičke analize čiji rezultati prikazuju ponašanje sklopa za vrijeme kontinuiranog rada i ponašanje u slučaju puknuća vijka.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, a thermomechanical analysis of a chocolate pump assembly in real working conditions is made. The paper is conceived in such a way that the first part descibes the theoretical foundations of various pumps and their applications within similar industries, and the theory realted to the finite element method that is being used. The second part contains the process of model making and thermomechanical analysis in SolidWorks and Femap software. The results of two transient thermal analyzes are presented as the temperature distribution inside the structure of the complete assembly over time. The results of the transient analysis were used in further four static analyzes whose results show the behavior of the assembly during continuous operation and the behavior in case of screw rupture.
