Abstract
Zadatak ovog završnog rada bio je procijeniti dubinu prokaljivanja strojnog dijela BL.21-PP.85. Rad ima osam poglavlja, a podijeljen je u dva glavna dijela, teorijski i praktični dio. U teorijskom dijelu obrađene su fazne pretvorbe u čeliku, TTT-dijagrami, mikrostruktura i mehanička svojstva čelika, postupak kaljenja čelika, objašnjeni su pojmovi zakaljivosti i prokaljivosti te detaljno prikazane i objašnjene metode za procjenu prokaljivosti i metode za ispitivanje tvrdoće čime je postavljen okvir potreban za provedbu i interpretaciju praktičnog dijela završnog rada. U drugom, praktičnom dijelu rada je primjenom Jominyjeve metode provedena procjena dubine i tvrdoće prokaljenog sloja strojnog dijela BL.21-PP.85 nakon kaljenja. Rezultati dobiveni Jominyjevom metodom su prikazani tokom tvrdoće po presjeku strojnog dijela te su analizirani.
Abstract (english)
The task in this thesis was to assess the hardening depth of workpiece BL.21-PP.85. The study has eight chapters and is divided in two main parts which deal with the theoretical and practical issues. The theoretical part inspects the phase transformations in steel, the TTT diagrams, the microstructure and mechanical properties of steel and the hardening process of steel. Also, the concepts of hardenability are explained, along the methods for hardenability assessment and hardness testing which comprise the necessary framework for the practical investigation and the presentation of the test results. In the second, practical part of the study the Jominy method was applied when assessing the depth and hardness of the hardened layer of the workpiece BL.21- PP.85 after quenching. The test results obtained by the Jominy method are shown with the crosssectional hardness flow on the workpiece.
