Abstract
U završnom radu "Obnova strojarskih tehničkih sustava stambene zgrade" projektirana je obnova vanjske ovojnice stambene zgrade i novi termotehnički sustav. Stambena zgrada se nalazi u Rijeci te ima ukupno četiri etaže s kotlovnicom u suterenu. Prije svega napravljen je proračun godišnje potrošnje energije za grijanje prema normi HRN EN ISO 13790 i proračun toplinskih gubitaka zgrade prema normi HRN EN 12831 za trenutno stanje zgrade. Prema prvom proračunu ustanovljeno je da zgrada pripada energetskom razredu "D" što znači da je veliki potrošač energije. Za obnovu stambene zgrade predviđena je toplinska izolacija zgrade kojom bi se smanjio gubitak topline zgrade. Također, projektirana su tri idejna rješenja sustava grijanja i pripreme PTV-a. U prvom sustavu kao izvor topline odabran je plinski kondenzacijski kotao uz pripemu PTV-a putem solarnih kolektora. Drugo rješenje predstavljen je kotao na biomasu koji za gorivo koristi drvene pelete. U trećem idejnom rješenju sustava izvor topline je dizalica topline s unutarnjom i vanjskom jedinicom. Energo-ekonomskom analizom ustanovljeno je da je najpogodniji termotehnički sustav za ovu stambenu zgradu drugo idejno rješenje, koji kao izvor topline koristi kotao na drvene pelete. Nakon što je odabrano rješenje strojarskog tehničkog sustava i odgovarajuće toplinske izolacije ponovo se vrše proračun za godišnju primarnu energiju i proračun toplinskih gubitaka zgrade. Obnovom građevinih elemenata i novim tehničkim sustavom za grijanje i PTV zgrada zadovoljava Tehnički propis o racionalnoj potrošnji energije i toplinkoj zaštiti u zgradama te pripada energetskom razredu "A".
Abstract (english)
The scope of the thesiss was the refurbishment of a building's outside cladding and a design of a new mechanical system. Furthermore, the residential building modified in the project was a residential, four-story building with a boiler room located in the basement. Firstly, the annual energy consumption for heating and building's heat loss was calculated according to the norm HRN EN ISO 13790 and the norm HRN EN 12381. This resulted in energy categorization of class "D", suggesting the building is significant energy consumer. To minimize heat loss from the building, the installation of thermal insulation on the outside cladding was suggested. For this thesis, three conceptual solutions for heating systems and preparation of DHW were designed. For the first conceptual solution as the main heat source, a gas condensing boiler was chosen with a sollar collector for the preparation of DHW. For the second conceptual solution, the heat source was presented biomass boiler which uses wood pellets as a fuel. For the third conceptual solution, an air to water heat pump was selected. Energetic and economic analysis of three systems showed the second solution with a biomass boiler on wooden pellets as the heat source is optimal for this building. The new annual energy consumption for heating and the new building's heat loss suggested the building meets the requirements of the technical regulation of rational energy consumption and thermal resistance of the buildings and has been categorised with enregy class "A".
