Abstract
U ovom radu prvo je konstruirano izlazno vratilo dvostupanjskog reduktora u programskom paketu KISSsoft, kasnije je izvršena detalja analiza, te su izvučene bitne informacije o vratilu i dijagrami. Nakon toga je napisan kontrolni proračun za svaki od kritičnih presjeka na izlaznom vratilu. Zaključeno je da su svi faktori sigurnosti zadovoljeni, ali zbog vrlo malog faktora sigurnosti na presjeku D-D, izvršen je još kontrolni proračun zamora materijala. Utvrđeno je da faktor sigurnosti za zamor materijala također zadovoljava.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, the output shaft of the two-stage reducer in the KISSsoft software package was first contoured, later a detailed analysis was performed, and important information about the shaft and diagrams was extracted. A control calculation was then written for each of the critical cross sections on the output shaft. It was concluded that all safety factors were satisfied, but due to the very small safety factor at the cross section D-D, a control fatigue calculation of the material was performed. The safety factor for material fatigue was also found to be satisfactory.
