Abstract
U ovom završnom radu, prikazana je konstrukcija podizne škaraste platforme. Podizna platforma ima zadanu minimalnu podiznu visinu od dva metra na koju treba podići teret od minimalno dvjesto kilograma. Radi boljeg razumijevanja zadatka dan je pregled stanja tehnike, koji je dao uvid u pojedine cjeline podizne platforme i njihovu ulogu prilikom korištenja. Nakon toga, određene su dimenzije poluga u škarastom mehanizmu kako bi zadovoljile minimalnu visinu podizanja od dva metra. Nadalje, izvršen je proračun pojedinih dijelova kako bi zadovoljavali zadano opterećenje od dvjesto kilograma. Samokočnost konstrukcije postignuta je izborom odgovarajućeg vretena. U posljednjem dijelu završnog rada, korištenjem dobivenih dimenzija opisana je izrada računalnog 3D modela konstrukcije na osnovi kojeg su izrađeni potrebni tehnički crteži.
Abstract (english)
In this final work was presented the construction of a scissor lift. The lifting platform has a default minimum lifting height of two meters to which it needs to raise a load of at least two hundred kilograms. In order to better understand the task, an overview of the technical state was given, which gave an insight into individual units of the lifting platform and their role during use. After that, the dimensions of the levers in the scissor mechanism were determined in order to meet the minimum lifting height of two meters. Furthermore, a calculation of individual parts was performed so that they could endure the given load of two hundred kilograms. The self-brake of the construction is achieved by choosing the appropriate power screw. In the last part of this final work, by using the obtained was described the creation of the 3D computer model, and on the basis of the 3D model some technical drawings were made.
