Abstract
U ovom se diplomskom radu promatra postupak toplinske obrade strojnog dijela LP.21-DT.72. Prolazeći kroz rad prvo nailazimo na općenito objašnjenje postupka toplinske obrade čelika te na njihovu podjelu. Nadalje se precizira kroz kakve fazne pretvorbe prolazi čelik tijekom postupka toplinske obrade uz pomoć karakterističnih dijagrama kao što su Fe-Fe3C dijagram, TTT dijagram i dijagram postupka toplinske obrade. Dalje u diplomskom radu naglasak je na postupku toplinske obrade poboljšavanjem, što je i glavna teme ovog rada. Postupak toplinske obrade poboljšavanjem najprije je opisan teorijski te je kasnije dan prikaz praktičnog dijela diplomskog rada u kojemu se spomenuti strojni dio podvrgnuo postupku prema priloženim uputama i vrijednostima karakterističnih parametara toplinske obrade čelika poboljšavanjem te je postignuta vrijednost granice razvlačenja od 1160 N/mm2.
Abstract (english)
This master´s thesis is observing the process of heat treatment of the machine part LP.21-DT.72. While we go through this thesis, we are coming across general explanation of the heat treatment of steel and its division. Further on, it is specified what phase transformations the steel undergoes during the heat treatment process with the help of characteristic diagrams such as Fe-Fe3C, TTT and heat treatment process diagrams. Further in the thesis, emphasis is on the process of heat treatment by improvement, which is also main topic of this paper. The process of heat treatment by improvement is first described theoretcally and later a presentation of the practical part of the master thesis is given in which the mentioned machine part is subjected to the procedure according to the attached instructions and the values of characteristic parameters of heat treatment of steel by improvement and a yield strength of 1160 N/mm2 achieved.
