Abstract
Glavna tematika ovoga rada je projektiranje strojarskih instalacija građevine primjenom BIM metodologije. Rad se sastoji od teorijskog i praktičnog dijela. Teorijski dio obuhvaća osvrt na same početke metodologije, definirani su osnovni pojmovi, način organizacije tijekom faze projektiranja, opisane povezanost i razvijenost modela, te stanje prihvaćenosti ovog načina projektiranja u Republici Hrvatskoj u vrijeme pisanja rada. U praktičnom dijelu rada izvršen je zadatak projektiranja strojarske opreme za potrebe grijanja, hlađenja i ventilacije projektne građevine na osnovu arhitektonsko-građevinskih podloga pripremljenih u digitalnom modelu, te su prikazani rezultati projektiranja. Projekt obuhvaća sve priložene nacrte, kompletne proračune na temelju kojih je izabrana strojarska oprema, tehnički opis i troškovničke stavke. Postupak izrade priloženih nacrta je izvršen pomoću računalnog programa Autodesk Revit, integriranim projektiranjem. Projektna građevina nalazi se na području Primoštena, te su proračuni gubitaka topline i toplinskog opterećenja zgrade vršeni prema pripadajućim vanjskim projektnim uvjetima prateći aktualne norme.
Abstract (english)
Main topic of this master thesis is to design building’s mechanical system using the BIM methodology. Parts of the paper are theoretical and practical. The theoretical part includes a review about the beginning of the BIM method, definitions of the basic concepts, the best way to manage employees with integrated planning, interoperability and levels of development definitions, implementation stages of acceptance in Croatia at the time of writing. In the practical part of the thesis heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems task is solved and designed. Planning the HVAC system on architectural and structural floor plans that are prepared in digital model. The thesis consists of all the attached drawings, complete calculations based on which the mechanical equipment were determined, technical description of HVAC system project and bill of quantity. Drawings are created from three-dimensional model using software Autodesk Revit with integrated use of the BIM method. The project building will be located in Primošten, and the calculation of the thermal load were performed according to the climatic design conditions and following the current standards.
