Abstract
Suvremenu mobilnost u vidu automobilske industrije karakteriziraju komercijalna vozila čija je razina autonomije trenutno između 0 i 2, no tehnološki giganti intenzivno surađuju s proizvođačima originalnih dijelova ne bi li razvili potpuno autonomno vozilo. Imajući na umu sigurnosne implikacije takve tehnologije, podrazumijeva se temeljito i detaljno testiranje modela umjetne inteligencije kako bi se postigla besprijekorna sigurnost i otklonili mogući rizici. Virtualno okruženje i simulacijski softveri su se pokazali kao optimalan način testiranja autonomnih vozila. Ovim radom je dan prikaz aktualnih i budućih trendova u automobilskoj industriji s naglaskom na ADAS (eng. Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) sustav i umjetnu inteligenciju, da bi se prikazala središnja tematika rada, odnosno softverska rješenja za testiranje vozila.
Abstract (english)
Modern mobility in the automotive industry context is currently marked by commercial passenger vehicles run by software that supports autonomy levels 0-2, while technological giants intensively cooperate with original equipment manufacturers with the ultimate goal of producing a completely autonomous vehicle. Bearing in mind the safety implications of such technology, it is clear that artificial intelligence needs to be thoroughly tested, so seamless security is accomplished and potential risks for human safety are eliminated. Virtual surrounding and simulation tools are proven to be the most efficient way of testing autonomous vehicles. This paper provides a review of actual and future automotive AI trends with an emphasis on ADAS and AI, only to present current software vehicle development and testing solutions.
