Abstract
Cilj završnog rada bio je izraditi samocentrirajuću napravu za bušenje primjenom CAM softvera. Prije same izvedbe bilo je potrebno proučiti i razraditi svu potrebnu dokumentaciju kao što su 3D model, radionički nacrti, operacijski listovi i popis alata. NC program je izrađen u softveru Mastercam, a postupak izrade obratka je izveden na glodalici Axile V4 s upravljačkom jedinicom Heidenhain i sučeljem TNC640.
Abstract (english)
Goal of the final work was to make a self-centering dowel jig using CAM software. Prior to the implementation, it was necessary to study and develop all the necessary documentation such as a 3D model, workshop drawings, operating sheets and a list of tools. The NC program was created in the Mastercam software and the workpiece production process was performed on an Axile V4 milling machine with Heidenhain control unit and TNC640 interface.
