vremena, ručna vremena, vremena izrade, dodatna vremena i ukupna vremena svake pojedine
To smo napravili
Abstract (english) | In this thesis, we created the technological process of manufacturing shafts according to the given design and in the quantity of 8,000 pieces. At the beginning, we analyzed the drawing and defined the requirements for processing quality, input material and tolerated dimensions. Using a techno-economic analysis, we determined that a solid round bar is the optimal form of input material. The next step was to define the operations and divide them into steps. After that, we calculated machine times, manual times, production times, additional times and total times of each individual operation, and the total time needed to make one shaft, which is 30.29 min. Then, using the Mastercam computer program, we created operation simulations. We did this by defining operations and all necessary parameters within the program. By starting the simulation, we see the movements of the tool and the appearance of the workpiece after each individual operation. Finally, we do a check using the compare option, which compares the processed workpiece with the loaded model. In the end, we compared the obtained machine times by calculation and using the Mastercam program, from which we can see that the times match. |
