Abstract
Tema ovog rada bila je testiranje strojnog dijela MJ.20-SI.71 te je u svojoj cjelosti obradila problematiku analize kvalitete zavarivanja. Osim pregleda teorijskih osnovi zavarivanja, pripreme i samog provođenja zavarivanja (kao i najčešće korištenih metoda), ovaj je rad dao i uvid u utjecaj ovog načina spajanja materijala na njihovu strukturu, te razradio metode ispitivanja kvalitete zavarenog spoja. Odabrane metode primjenile su se na predmetu testiranja, te su detaljno opisane, uz navedene rezultate ispitivanja i njihove zaključke. Oba su testa polučila zadovaljajuće rezultate.
Abstract (english)
The main assignment of this finishing thesis was to test the performance of the MJ.20-SI.71 weld and analyse its quality. This thesis also provides a theoretical background of welding, welding quality control, the influence of welding on the base metal, as well as metallurgy in general. Two standards - norms HRN EN ISO 15614, HRN EN ISO 9806 were used to test the quality of the mentioned weld. Both methods used are described in detail, as well as the results and conclusions of the tests. In conclusion - both welds were properly made and provided pleasing results.
