Abstract
Ovaj završni rad sadržava teorijski i praktični dio, koji su podijeljeni u više poglavlja. Teorijski dio podrazumijeva prvih sedam poglavlja, kroz koje su objašnjene teme toplinske obrade metala i vrste toplinske obrade, fazne pretvorbe u čeliku, zatim je u svrhu objašnjenja toplinske obrade objašnjen i TTT-dijagram. Opisan je i pojam kaljivosti, nakon čega su detaljno razrađene metode za procjenu prokaljivosti i metode za mjerenje tvrdoće. Kraj rada zaključen je sa praktičnim dijelom u kojem je procijenjena dubina prokaljivanja strojnog dijela MH.22-PP.07. Materijal u pitanju je čelik 41Cr4, a tvrdoća i dubina sloja strojnog dijela utvrđena je na temelju eksperimentalno utvrđene Jominyeve krivulje.
Abstract (english)
This thesis contains a theoretical and practical part, which are divided into several chapters. The theoretical part encompasses the first seven chapters, which explain the topics of heat treatment of metals and types of heat treatment, phase transformations in steel, and to explain the heat treatment, the TTT-diagram is also explained. The concept of hardenability is described, after which methods for assessing hardenability and methods for measuring hardness are elaborated in detail. The end of the thesis concludes with the practical part in which the hardening depth of the workpiece MH.22-PP.07 was estimated. The material in question is steel 41Cr4, and the hardness and depth of the layer of the workpiece were determined based on the experimentally determined Jominy curve.
