The assignment of the final thesis is to analyze the medium voltage instrument transformers that are intended for installation in the medium voltage (distribution) network. In the second chapter of the thesis, the medium voltage network is described in order to clarify the network itself to which the medium voltage transformers are connected. The third chapter is devoted to medium voltage instrument transformers, the way they work, measurement errors and measurement accuracy, connection to the network and description of the transformer itself. The types of voltage instrument transformers of selected manufacturers are listed, and the differences in their characteristics are highlighted through the tables. The fourth chapter describes current instrument transformers, their working principle, purpose, measurement errors and accuracy, as well as connection to the network and a description of the transformer itself. The types of current instrument transformers of selected manufacturers are highlighted through the tables, just like voltage instrument transformers. In the fifth chapter, the combined instrument transformer are listed and described.
