Abstract Zadatak ovog diplomskog rada je opis postupka opremanje tankova tereta tankera za prijevoz
kemikalija. U prvom poglavlju koje glasi „ Općenito o tankerima“ opisana je povijest tankera od
najranijih početaka pa do suvremenog doba gdje vidimo kako je globalna potreba za energentima
i nepresušna želja brodovlasnika za sve većim profitom utjecala na razvoj brodogradnje i
povećanje svjetske flote tankera. To je neposredno utjecalo na razvitak novih konstruktivnih
riješenja, sustava na brodu kao i na sigurnost posade i tereta.
U sljedećem poglavlju detaljno su opisani brodski sustavi na tankerima za prijevoz kemikalija.
Obrađena su sljedeća podpoglavlja: teretni sustavi naftnih tankera; kružna linija ili glavna
prstenasta mreža; prstenasti sustav s dvijema pumpnim stanicama; učinak centrifugalnih pumpi na
sustav pumpanja tereta; pumpni sustavi-pumpna stanica na krmi tankova tereta; tanker tipa T2; T2
do V.L.C.C; sustav ispumpavanja nafte iz tanka do kraja/sustav posušivanja; automatizirani
sustavi crpljenja; kontrolna soba tereta; daljinski upravljač i električni ventili; daljinsko
upravljanje teretnim pumpama; sustav za priupljanje podataka o razini tekućine; elektronički
uređaji za mjerenje visine praznog dijela tanka; mjerenja tekućeg tereta u zatvorenim tankovima;
sustavi grijanja, hlađenja i ventilacije; sustavi grijanja tereta; izmjene topline; sustavi za hlađenje
tereta; ventilacijski sustav naftnih tankera; neovisni ventilacijski sustav; zajednički ventilacijski
sustav; grupirani ventilacijski sustav; tlačni i sigurnosni ventil tipa „D“; neovisni otpuštajući i
tlačni ventil tipa ulaza i izlaza; ventilacija tijekom utovara i pražnjenja; sustav inertnog plina;
U.L.C.C i L.L.C.C. ventilacijski sustav.
Nakon toga u četvrtom poglavlju opisana je oprema tankova tereta za prijevoz kemikalija.
Obrađena su sljedeća podpoglavlja: pumpe i pumpna oprema; stapna pumpa; centrifugalna pumpa;
rotacijska pumpa; vijčana pumpa; duboko uronjene pumpe; potopljene pumpe; sustavi cjevovoda
teretnih vodova; usisno stopalo; ventili; indentifikacija ventila; indikatori za otvaranje i zatvaranje.
U petom poglavlju detaljno je opisano bojenje tankova na tankerima za prijevoz kemikalija. Ovo
poglavlje se sastoji od sljedećih podpoglavlja: Uvod (opseg i svrha); primarni zahtjevi za opremu
brodogradilišta; tehnički pregled i kontrola projekta; priprema za pjeskarenje; pjeskarenje i
nanošenje premaza; metoda stvrdnjavanja; postupci popravaka; ventilacija; uklanjanje izvora
paljenja.
U šestom poglavlju smo koristeći program Ms Project opisali svih 5 varijacija (slučajeva) u kojima
smo povećavali broj radnika, uvodili nove brigade pa se proporcionalno tome mijenjalo vrijeme
trajanja ukupnoga projekta, cijena ukupnoga projekta itd. Cilj ovoga poglavlja bio je da izaberemo
najbolju varijantu, kao i da objasnimo zašto je ona najbolja.
Abstract (english) The task of this master's thesis is to equip cargo tanks of chemical tankers for the transportation of
chemicals. In the first chapter titled "General Overview of Tankers," I have described the history
of tankers from their earliest beginnings to the modern era, where we see how the global demand
for energy and the relentless pursuit of higher profits by shipowners have influenced the
development of shipbuilding and the increase in the world tanker fleet. This has directly impacted
the development of new design solutions, onboard systems, as well as the safety of the crew and
cargo.
The next chapter provides a detailed description of ship systems on chemical tankers. The
following subchapters are covered: cargo systems on oil tankers; loop or main ring line; ring
system with two pumping stations; the effect of centrifugal pumps on cargo pumping system;
pump systems - cargo tank stern pump station; T2 type tanker; T2 to V.L.C.C; oil tank pumping
system to the end/drying system; automated pumping systems; cargo control room; remote control
and electric valves; remote control of cargo pumps; liquid level data collection system; electronic
devices for measuring the ullage of tanks; measurements of liquid cargo in closed tanks; heating,
cooling, and ventilation systems; cargo heating systems; heat exchanges; cargo cooling systems;
ventilation system of oil tankers; independent ventilation system; common ventilation system;
grouped ventilation system; pressure and safety valve type "D"; independent releasing and
pressure valve for inlet and outlet; ventilation during loading and unloading; inert gas system;
U.L.C.C and L.L.C.C. ventilation system.
After that, the fourth chapter provides a detailed description of cargo tank equipment for the
transportation of chemicals. The following subchapters are covered: pumps and pumping
equipment; stripping pump; centrifugal pump; rotary pump; screw pump; deep-well pumps;
submerged pumps; cargo pipeline systems; suction foot; valves; valve identification; opening and
closing indicators.
The fifth chapter provides a detailed description of tank painting on chemical tankers. This chapter
consists of the following subchapters: Introduction (scope and purpose); primary requirements for
shipyard equipment; technical inspection and project control; preparation for sandblasting;
sandblasting and coating application; curing method; repair procedures; ventilation; removal of
ignition sources.
In the sixth chapter, using the Ms Project program, we described all five variations (cases) in which
we increased the number of workers, introduced new teams, and accordingly changed the duration
of the overall project, total project cost, etc. The goal of this chapter was to select the best variation,
which is the fourth variation, and explain why it is the best.
