Abstract
U ovom završnom radu naslova „Mjerenje protoka fluida cjevovodnom sustavu“ zadatak je bio mjerenje protoka fluida u laboratoriju na Tehničkom fakultetu u Rijeci. U prvom dijelu rada objašnjene su vrste strujanja fluida, gubici pri strujanju te volumetrijski i maseni protok. Nakon toga su iznesene prednosti i nedostaci te način rada nekih od uređaja za mjerenje protoka fluida, posebice ultrazvučnom protokomjeru, vrsti protokomjera koja je korištena u ovom radu. U eksperimentalnom dijelu provedeno je mjerenje protoka vode u zatvorenom krugu sastavljenom od cijevi, pumpi, glavnog ventila, kontrolnog mjernog uređaja te ostalih dijelova. Za mjerenje protoka korišten je ultrazvučni protokomjer FDT-21, pri čemu je korištena W-metoda. Rezultati dobiveni tijekom šest mjerenja prikazani su tablično te su analizirani uz pomoć Microsoft Excel-a. Za kraj, izvršena je računalna simulacija cjevovodnog sustava u softveru AFT Fathom 9.
Abstract (english)
In this final thesis entitled "Pipeline System Fluid Flow Measurement", the task was to measure the flow of fluid in the laboratory at the Faculty of Engineering in Rijeka. The first part of the thesis explains the types of fluid flow, losses during flow, and volumetric and mass flow. After that, the advantages and disadvantages, as well as the working principle of some of the devices for measuring fluid flow, especially the ultrasonic flowmeter, the type of flowmeter that was used in this thesis, are presented. In the experimental part, the measurement of the water flow was carried out in a closed circuit consisting of pipes, pumps, main valve, control measuring device and other parts. An ultrasonic flowmeter FDT-21 was used to measure the flow, applying the W-method. The results obtained during six measurements are presented in a table and analyzed with the help of Microsoft Excel. Finally, a computer simulation of the pipeline system was performed in the AFT Fathom 9 software.
